As many of you know I love to water colour, and the additional 10 water colour pencils in Stampin' Up! colours are a perfect addition to the current w/c pencils available in the Annual Catalogue.
Here is one sample of many that I've made using this set and the framelits.
The detail photo shows how you are able to create a lovely water colour effect simply by stamping the outline with Stazon ink, then using an Aqua Painter to apply ink from the top of the ink pad container.
This photo shows how you can use the framelits - that have a lovely double stitched edge to create partial background cut outs.
And the final photo shows the completed card. I love to take my stamped images outside the frame, and find that matting in a coordinating colour is a great way to both frame and finish the card.
