Still Scenes Snow Globe Ornaments

As Christmas draws ever closer, I get into the ornament making mode and the Still Scenes stamp set by Stampin' Up! combined with the Snow Globe Scenes Dies and Snow Globe Shaker Domes help me to easily create these cute Christmas shaker ornaments.

I stamped the image from the Still Scenes stamp set using Memento Black ink as I planned on using my Stampin' Blends for colouring. This is a quick method and gives beautiful colours.

I added some snowy highlights  on the trees, roof and ground with the Snowfall Accents Puff Paint and created the shaker using the Snowflake Sequins.
Of course I could not create a shaker globe without  some space and the Snow Globe Shaker Domes are perfect for this. Not too high that the card could not be posted, but roomy enough to allow the sequins to move around.

The Snowflake Sequins are so delicate and pretty. You can see the different shapes in the photo above.

The ornaments can be made in lots of different ways and this is just my first effort. I can see myself making lots of these for Christmas gifts this year and the best part of that is I will have so much fun.

If you'd like further information you can contact me. A list of the products I used follows and if you would like to order any of them I'd love you to use my On-Line Shop
If your order is less than $250 and you live in Australia, you can use the Host Code in the side bar. Orders over $250 receive Host Benefits, and that means free product!

Come back soon to see more versions of these, plus some of my other Christmas ornaments.

Happy Crafting.
