Butterflies and poppies remind me of Spring - a beautiful time of the year in my garden. We are just entering Autumn in Australia. It's getting colder and we have stage 4 social distancing and isolation in place because of COVID-19 so I decided to get out some of my Stampin' Up! goodies to make a cheery card with lovely flowers and butterflies to send a little sunshine in the mail.
I love the colours in this sheet of Peaceful Poppies DSP and have chosen Blackberry Bliss and Whisper White to enhance the paper. The Butterfly Beauty dies are easy to trim to reposition some of the butterflies if you want to rearrange them to suit your design.
I adhered the butterflies with just a few dots of Multipurpose Adhesive then added some White Flax Ribbon and a greeting from Timeless Tropical stamp set that has been punched out with the Pretty Label punch from Stampin' Up! The greeting is raised with Stampin' Dimensionals, and I've added some faux stitching around the edge of the shape.
Finally to add a little bling (because who doesn't like bling?) I added some gold stars and heart.
See all the products I used in the grid below, and if you'd like to order any of these products and you live in Australia, you are welcome to shop with me or you can simply click on the item below and it will take you to that item in my store.
My best wishes to all my readers - stay well, stay safe and have some fun with your crafting.
